Can I Return Or Exchange A Product?
We are currently unable to accommodate returns, exchanges or refunds. We do advise customers pay full attention to the details and measurement of each merchandise before making any purchase. In the case of Defected Merchandise, please read below.
How Can I Exchange Defective Merchandise?
If you receive a defective merchandise, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will exchange the same item and take care of the shipping fees. To exchange your defective merchandise, the item must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn and in its original packaging).

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship orders via the Thailand Post EMS service, Kerry Express and Alpha Fast services. Delivery costs can be estimated upon check-out.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We are sorry to inform that we currently do not ship internationally. Should this service be available, we will announce the update on our website.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
To check the speciﬁc delivery times, please click here. We aim to deliver orders within 6 working days of orders being placed. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in 7 working days please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
